Da, da, daaaaaaa...It's my very first video tutorial ever! I'm so excited yet a little bit nervous to post this video, because I was a little shaky from being nervous and I kind of jump all over the place. Those of you that know me know that I can talk a lot...really...A LOT!!! Those that know me very well know that when I get nervous that not only do I talk a lot but I also can talk very fast, so you'll have to bear with me this first video :o).
I decided to do a video tutorial because I thought it would benefit people more than me just trying to explain pictures I've taken of me styling my hair. Well...I tried to take some pictures of me doing my hair as you can see to the right and hmmm...they turned out like this.
This is what turned me onto the awesome video camera that my husband just got as a birthday present from his lovely wife and awesome in laws. It was defiantly interesting trying to look at the camera through the mirror while talking and styling my hair. I think I did an ok job though for my first video.
I thought I would do my first video on an EASY way to achieve a loose beach S shaped curl by using the Caruso SalonPro Molecular Steam Hairsetter (steam rollers) aka the BEST ROLLERS EVER!!! I got my first steam rollers back in 8th grade when you use to have to add a teaspoon of salt to the water to create the steam. I'm only on my 3rd Caruso and the second one I broke was my own darn fault... I cracked the steamer when I left it on all day...oops! I think that this is one of those things every girl should have at home. You can do so much with it from curling your hair to giving yourself a facial by steaming your face or cleaning out your sinuses (kinda gross).
Here's a little info on the Caruso:
- Includes 30 soft foam rollers in assorted sizes:
- 6 Small Rollers
- 6 Medium Rollers
- 12 Large Rollers
- 6 Jumbo
- Comb clips
- Styling guide
- Exclusive Molecular Steam Haircare System - No salt required!
- Non damaging steam conditions as it curls
- Set curls in 5-10 minutes
- Achieves the 30 second curl™ by blow drying hair first to evaporate moisture
- Creates perfect spiral curls & waves
Now that I procrastinated long enough...It's now time for the "How to use steam rollers+half updo video tutorial". Please feel free to comment and ask any questions you might have. I would also appreciate any feedback you have to offer. Enjoy!!!!
